This honey is supplied for us here at the Apple Barn from a local beekeeper and features a delicate floral sweetness thanks to the wildflowers found in the rolling hills of East Tennessee. We like this golden, fat-free, all natural sweetener drizzled on hot biscuits or spooned into tea, but the possibilities are truly endless.
