Can I ship Apple Barn cider and food items as a gift?
Yes, we offer custom gift messaging and specialized gift baskets. You can specify a different shipping address at checkout to send a taste of the Smokies to friends and family.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping for your cider and mixes?
Currently, we only ship our products within the continental United States to ensure timely delivery and product integrity.
Are your apple butters and preserves gluten-free?
Most of our traditional fruit spreads and butters are naturally gluten-free. Please refer to the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
How long will my Apple Barn cider last once it arrives?
Our bottled ciders have a shelf life of approximately 6-12 months when stored in a cool, dark place. Once opened, please refrigerate and consume within 7-10 days for the best quality.
