Applewood Smoked Country Ham

We use the winter prunings from our apple trees, along with corn cobs and hickory wood, to slowly smoke this southern delicacy. These hams are salt cured and shelf stable until opened, which makes it a perfect pantry staple for your next country breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Each pack contains .75-1lb of sliced, vacuum packed ham. Note: this product contains red pepper.
